INSURANCE

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide monthly “superbills” (detailed receipts) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients also choose to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to cover the cost of therapy. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to learn more about your specific benefits.

SLIDING SCALE

I understand that therapy is an investment, and I never want finances to be the reason someone doesn’t get the support they need. To help make counseling more accessible, I reserve a few sliding scale spots for clients who may not be able to pay the full session fee. These spots are limited and may vary in availability, but I’m always open to having a conversation if cost feels like a barrier. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we can explore what might work best for you.
